Mr. Vickrey (saxophone, clarinet, flute, and oboe) holds a Bachelor of Music in Saxophone Performance from the University of Utah (2000) and a Master of Music in Jazz Studies from the University of Cincinnati, College-Conservatory of Music (2004). In addition to being an instructor of music, Mr. Vickrey is an accomplished saxophonist and performer. He currently performs with the SPC based Helios Jazz Orchestra, The Tomkats Big Band, the Don Juceam Orchestra, as well as with his own quartet/trio and many other local artists. Austin will be sharing the “spotlight” with one of his popular local ensembles.

 

 

We are pleased to welcome Mikayla back to Palm Lake! An extremely talented musician with a myriad of instruments in her repertoire, she is also an accomplished blues singer and composer. Mikayla will be sharing songs from her Christian Solo album, currently in the works. Mikayla is also lead singer and instrumentalist for popular local band, Anchor Atlantic.

 

 

 

We are thrilled to have Mike Fee and Kevin Clark present us with an afternoon of brass! They will be joined by a few other top notch instrumentalists, names TBA.

 

 

 

We again have the honor of hearing Michael’s original compositions, played by a professional string ensemble. His works are very moving.  Do not miss this opportunity to hear this talented artist’s new works!
